Being under a 60 day deadline to move was tough but Yvette got it done! We had our finances together and approved and were moved in in 45 days! Yvette and her team have helped with a number of properties, including a new construction home. She spent a lot of time helping educate and providing guidance around certain selections and upgrades that would bring more value in the home. My initial lender stubbed their toe on an appraisal which put closing in jeopardy, but through Yvette's connections I was able to get a new lender lined up, with a better rate/lower payment and closed in a very quick manner. Since closing, she has followed up frequently to ensure that the builder is fulfilling their promises on touch ups throughout the house and advocating for repairs on certain imperfections.

They patiently answered all my questions, never making me feel like I was a bother, and expertly coordinated all the necessary appointments during my house sale. What really blew me away was during the final walk-through with the buyer, when I realized I hadn’t clearly specified that only the TV mounts were supposed to stay, so I had to leave the TVs behind. But Yvette and Jami didn’t just leave it at that; they surprised me by buying brand-new TVs to replace the ones I had to leave behind at my old house.
